Natural Foods for Healthy bones

We all need strong bones, either we are adults or kids. Fragile bones will easily breakdown and sometimes a serious conditions mostly common in female adults which is known as osteoporosis. For strong bones, we need nutritions to make it strong and healthy. Theses nutritions are Vitamin D and Calcium, which can be gotten naturally through foods and drinks we consume or through supplements.
However, some of the following consumable foods below, are good sources of calcium to make your bones stronger. This can also be added to your diet and also for your kids.
1. Sardines: they are oily fish within the herring family of Clupeidae. They are not only rich in nutrients that helps to support cardiovascular health, but rich in both vitamin D and calcium which helps to support strong bones both in adults and in children. Moderately taking sardines is just as good for you.
2. Yogurt: which is unlike other diary products is known to be low in fat and calories, but as well rich in vitamin D and calcium. So, you don't have to bother is taking much of yogurt will add to your weight. Not only that, yogurt helps to build friendly bacteria in the intestine.
3. Cheese: another good option for building up strong bones is cheese. Only that you have to look for those with low fat. Because consuming cheese with high fat will make you increase weight. And so much diseases are associated with being over-weight.
4. Spinach: is very good for those who don't like diary products, fish and all that. It is a good source of calcium.
