How to maintain mouth healthiness!

The followings below are dos and don'ts to keep a healthy mouth.
1. To prevent periodontal diseases, consider the use of natural supplements such as avocado and soy unsaponifiables. A periodontal disease, according to www.nidcr.nih.gov is defined as " simple gum inflammation to serious disease that results in major damage to the soft tissue and bone that support the teeth. In the worst cases, teeth are lost. Risk factors could be diabetes, smoking, hormonal changes, some viral diseases, cancer, heredity and some type of medications.
2. Proteolytic enzymes: this should be used to help get rid of dental plaque. However, not all proteolytic enzymes dissolving plaque might work for you. So you have to experiment on different brands to see the one that sooth your mouth.
3. Fluoride: most of the public drinking water are enhanced with fluoride to make it cleaner and fresher and can also be found in most tooth-gels. This can be dangerous if it gets into your system. Because, fluoride do promote memory loss, reduce intelligence, promotes cancer and other dangerous forms of diseases and conditions-that is if it gets into you. You can discourage the use of fluoride tooth-gels and continue with herbal toothpaste, eg Forever Aloe-tooth-gel and so much more quality natural herbal tooth-gels.
4. Aluminum should be used with caution. First of all, you must be certain that you are not consuming aluminum. How? It sounds a bit confusing right? In most anti-perspirants, aluminums are found, although, their have been mixed reactions that the use of alominium based anti-perspirant can cause cancer or might not be harmful. Try and avoid your kitchen cutlery, cookwares, cups that are aluminum made mixing with your food and drinks. It may be dangerous if some microscopic particles on these products gets into your food and finally get into you.
5. Root canalsis not good for you. Don't you ever go for rooth canals. In one of my last posts, I discussed about the dangers of root canals. They promote dangerous diseases in the mouth which might not be easily treatable.
