Mercury is unaguably much more poisonous than lead. Less people are aware of this and even though, more people don't even know if lead or mercury are poisonous. But, it will also be surprising to some people that mercury is much more poisonous than lead.
In this article, I shall take my time to briefly pinpoint the harmful effects of mercury.

1. There are strong evidences that mercury have the ability to lower the strength of the white blood cells. This has also been known to increase cancer growth amongst people who have mercury concentrate in their body, this is because, the white blood cells which help to eradicate free radicals (number 1 causes of cancer diseases), are not strong enough

2. Mercury also hinders the capacity of the red blood cells to carry sufficient oxygen to the entire parts of the body. When some parts of the body is not well oxygenated, it can cause some conditions in people such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

3. Mercury can also reduce our brain functioning. In so much that is can increase your chance and level of having dementia.

4. Mercury when it is concentrated in the body in pregnant women, can have severe side effect on the unborn child. This is why some kids are deformed from birth or some may have other psychological problems.

Some of the sources of mercury are sea foods and some other foods we consume. It is best we moderate everything we eat and exercise more.
