A caffeine alternative? Guarana is the answer.

Guarana, which scientific name is Paullinia cupana, is a natural alternative to caffeine. This is because, its active ingredient is known as guranine and which is also similar to caffeine but much more concentrated and active than caffeine. Apart from that, it is a natural stimulant and its elapse time in the body takes more time, which is better than normal caffeine (coffee or cola) that might take less time to wear out in the body.
