A new study has found out that
Pelvic exercise does benefit men who have serious condition of premature
ejaculation.
What is premature ejaculation? Premature
ejaculation can be defined as a sexual intercourse which last 1 minute or less,
after that you see the man pouring his seeds all over. He just can’t do more
than that. This is a condition that affects different men all over the world at
one point or so in their lives. It can continue like that if it is not treated.
The study that was conducted by
using a sample size of 40 men, age 19-46 years who have had serious cases which
has also defied several types of treatment. However, they were made to pass
through pelvic floor muscle exercise which occurred for a period of 12 week.
After this, it was found out that
there was improvement and ejaculation time was improved to 2 minutes plus.
Pelvic floor exercise is known to
be used in treating men who leak urine or who cannot control their bladder
after going through operation in the prostrate, it has therefore of recent to
be great for men with premature ejaculation.
Pelvic floor exercise comes with
no side effects, which is a major advantage over other means of treating
premature ejaculation.
However, this research is still
on its early stage and more studies are still being carried out.
