Depression, Tips for your depression

What is Depression?
I will be talking briefly on this problem. Depression is a psychological situation in which the sufferer feels that the whole world has crumbled on him or her.
It is a state of self loss, self worthlessness, and the feel of evil alternative way out, and worse still, contemplation of suicide.

Suicide is the final stage in which people who are totally depressed get involved with. They feel that taking their lives is the final way out, the feel of getting better. But they forgot the effect this will have on their families and friends when they do.

The fact is that we all feel depressed, rejected, disappointed and worthless once in a while, but when these factors are becoming constant and affecting our daily lives, then help is needed. You need to see a therapist.

Depression is worse than any disease. This is because it is silent and only you yourself can actually know what you are passing through.

Depression can be caused by the loss of loved ones, heart-breaks, exam failure, job losses, divorces, not meeting targeted goals, loss of money or properties etc. All these can make one feel worthless indeed.

 I know of a man who lost all he ever worked for in a day, but sadly, he committed suicide. I felt bad after reading his story. Because i have this believe that ''when life exists, their is hope''. And ''If i kill myself because of my failures, that means i am a looser, an eternal one at that.'' It therefore shows how better you can make your enemies or haters happier and feel successful.

Dangerous acts that people depressed involve in are
1. Getting drunk
2. Use of illicit or contra-bound drugs
3. Social withdrawal
4. People even commit crime just to feel better. This can come in cases whereby the loss of a loved one is caused by a murderer, and such person affected will want to inflict same pain on the murderer

However, when you think all is lost, all hopes are gone, when no one is there, nobody cares, nobody sees you, the world has crumbled on you, when you feel that you cannot make it at all, then you need to see these tips. Depression Tips
1. Know that for the fact that you are standing, breathing, and either as a woman or man, you have everything (yourself) to be thankful for. Because some people are out there who beg for extra lives, and yet failed, and here you are, just wanna waste it? I can reference people in who are still struggling to eat crumbs or left overs, and yet if they do, they will be the happiest. So, why are you still complaining... Go out and do the positive things that make you happy.

2. When you are heartbroken, lost someone dear to you to the jaws of death, never be alone by yourself, but rather find people to talk to. Remember, problem shared is half solved. You might not know it now, but you will certainly feel some relief.

3. Play, smile and laugh. Watch your favorite movies. Listen to your favorite musics, play your favorite games

4. Meet new friends and always learn to come down to the level of any person you meet. Never look down on anyone even when you have lost everything. Because looking down at anyone will only make you feel bad about yourself the more. But rather, appreciate everyone that comes your way.

5. Exercise and keep a balanced diet

6. Keep doing what you love doing the most.
