The bathroom can be a dangerous place and a heaven for different kinds of STDs, be it public toilets or private toilets. Some of these infectious STD diseases which are mostly found are E.Coli, Staphylococcus, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Streptococcus etc.
The percentage of infectious STD diseases passed through the toilet sit is just near to zero; that is if you don't have open sore or the germs do not have access via your anus.
In a school in which their was a reported case of rampant gonorrhea amongst the students, they pointed at the toilet as being the culprit. But after an investigation was carried out to ascertain the main cause, it was discovered that many of the students had unprotected sex with themselves, and this has caused the gonorrhea outbreak amongst the students.
It is best to keep personal hygiene after you have used the toilet, most especially by using hand sanitizers.
Some people have died via poisoning after using the toilet without proper sanitation.

1: Always carry along with u a portable hand sanitizer to kill germs after the use of the bathroom.
2. If you don't have a hand sanitizer, wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
3. Some people can't even find soaps to wash, well, just make sure your don't put that hand into your mouth or come in contact with things you use frequently like your cell phone.
